We are proud to use the Grip Guard products that are designed to reduce the risk of slip and fall accidents. The application of the product is covered by a 2 year warranty. The warranty provides you with peace of mind.

Follow up service
All treated areas are tested with our ASM slip metre before and after the treatment with the results being record on our warranty card.. After treatment monitoring of these results is done on a periodically basics as agreed with the client.

Not a coating
Coatings will wear off, especially in traffic areas, causing two problems. The area that the coating has worn off will be slippery and then there is the problem of removing the worn coating.
Grip Guard Anti-Slip Floor Safety Treatment is not a coating and will not wear off.

Surface preparation
Prior to applying the Grip Guard Ant-Slip treatment a deep penetrating clean is performed to ensure the effective application of the Anti-Slip treatment

What Surfaces can the Grip Guard Anti-Slip treatment be applied to?
Basically any stone or clay based material. The surface must be porous (i.e., ceramic tile quarry tile terrazzo porcelain concrete brick and pavers) The Grip Guard Anti-Slip treatment is applied to slippery surfaces to microscopically change the tread pattern when wet.

How long before the surface can be walked on after the Grip Guard Anti-Slip treatment has been done?
Immediately after the anti-slip treatment has been finished, so there is minimal disruption to staff and customers


How Long Does the Grip Guard Anti-Slip Treatment last?
The Grip Guard Anti-Slip treatment will last a life time with good care. We recommend regular cleaning procedures are followed.
Overtime, high pedestrian traffic can cause microscopic grit to become embedded in the pores reducing the effectiveness of the non slip treatment. Cleaning systems and patterns of wear may also affect the slip resistance of the floor.

Safe Floors Australia offers a full maintenance program that can be implemented to your requirements being monthly quarterly six monthly or annually. We will remove any built up grime threat may cause the floor to become slippery using the most advance surface cleaners.
